Interim Assistant Financial Accountant9 month FTC 37,000 - 43,000 per annum Hybrid working - 2-3 days a week on site in LondonAbout the clientMorgan Law are seeking an interim Assistant Financial Accountant for a leading charity in the London area.AccountabilitiesPrepare the statutory accounts for the Trust''s Common Investment Funds (CIF) and other trust funds to accurately reflect the year end position of the investments and meet all relevant compliance requirementsAct as point of contact for external audit in relation to CIFs and assist internal and external auditors as required to provide accurate information Provide financial support to all stakeholders within the charity in treasury and tax services across the Trust to ensure the consistent application of processes and adherence to relevant compliance requirementsAssist in the provision of a wide range of financial reporting, returns, analysis, and forecasts as required for items including bank balances, cash and investment KPIs, VAT, Gift Aid, cash-flow, to support organisational decision-making processes.Manage banking administration including bank mandates for all banking institutions, ensuring the timely and accurate completion of all required tasksAssist in reviewing and updating the treasury policy annually where necessary to ensure it fully reflects current practiceDevelop and maintain collaborative operational day to day relationships with relevant key stakeholdersReview rates of return from external sources ..... full job details .....
