This role requires strong VMware expertise and an active MOD DV clearance.You will be responsible for maintaining and optimising virtual infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security across critical systems.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and manage VMware vSphere environments, including ESXi hosts, vCenter, clusters, and resource poolsDesign, deploy, and support vSAN hyper-converged storage solutionsConfigure and maintain HA/DRS to ensure resilient and highly available platformsManage VMware networking, including:vSwitches and distributed SwitchesVLANs, port groups, and segmentationSupport and maintain VMware Horizon VDI environments (desirable)Develop and maintain automation using PowerCLI, templates, and provisioning workflowsMonitor and optimise system performance:Troubleshoot host and VM issuesAnalyse logs and tune workloadsImplement and support backup and disaster recovery solutions:Tools such as Veeam, SRM, or ZertoApply security hardening practices:VMware baselinesRole-based access controlCompliance standardsKey Skills andamp; ExperienceEssential:Strong hands-on experience with VMware vSphere (ESXi, vCenter)Proven experience with vSAN deployments and supportDeep understanding of ..... full job details .....
