The firm is recruiting a Banking and Finance Solicitor to bolster the thriving team based in central Cardiff offices. The team is recognised as a leading banking and finance team in the regional market and rated highly in Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners. The practice covers a wide range of sectors including sport, hospitality and leisure, renewables, healthcare, real estate and the public sector.You will advise banks and financial institutions and borrowers on all areas of banking and finance, including acquisition and leveraged finance, syndicated finance, property investment and development finance, as well as renewable energy finance.The ideal candidate will be

NQ - 2 PQE , ideally gained at a similarly ranked firm.
