Job Title: Residential Property ParalegalSalary: 24,500 - 27,500Hours: full timeLocation: Cheltenham, full time in the office.Job Reference: CWS534RESPONSIBILITIES Collect and review client documentation, including proof of identity, property details, and financial information, to support residential property transactions such as equity release and lifetime mortgages. Draft and review legal documents, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with current laws and regulations. Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates, answering queries, and offering guidance throughout the process. Liaise with financial advisers, surveyors, and other professionals to co-ordinate the progress of cases efficiently. Organise and update case files, both electronic and physical, to ensure all documentation is complete and easily accessible. Manage scheduling and deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks and milestones. Support billing processes, including preparing invoices, tracking payments, and assisting with financial reporting. Generate reports on case progress, client interactions, and other relevant metrics to support operational oversight.DESIRED/REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Previous experience supporting residential property transactions, drafting and reviewing legal documents with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
