You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering technology-enabled transformation across some of the UK’s most complex public and private sector organisations.This is a rare opportunity for a strategic leader to step into a high-impact role, with significant ownership across client delivery, sales, team leadership, and capability development.What You’ll Be DoingLead and deliver enterprise-scale AI and digital transformation engagementsShape and define digital and AI strategies that align with business objectivesDrive business development, leveraging your network to secure new opportunities (target: £500k+ personally attributable sales per year)Support the career development and coaching of junior and mid-level consultantsOperate across advisory, product, and delivery disciplines to solve complex transformation challengesContribute to internal propositions, thought leadership, and cross-sector go-to-market initiativesExperience RequiredYou’ll likely bring:-15+ years of experience in consulting or complex tech-enabled transformation- Proven ability to operate at CxO level and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders- A demonstrable track record of personal sales and business development- Depth in at least two of the following areas:- Digital and AI strategy- Agile product leadership- Data and AI delivery- Enterprise architecture and transformation
