Our client is a well-established, award-winning landscaping business with over 50 years experience. They are looking for a hands-on Team Leader for a garden maintenance team. You ll lead a small team, deliver high standards of garden care, and be the face of service excellence for their clients.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and support a garden maintenance team, ensuring jobs are delivered to the highest standard.Coordinate daily workload, engage with clients, and ensure teams are equipped and scheduled efficiently.Monitor the team s performance, quality of work, and punctuality; maintain high standards of service and client satisfaction.Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.Maintain tools, equipment and materials; ensure safe and compliant site operations.Provide on-site leadership, support and guidance to the team to motivate and deliver results.Skills and KnowledgeProven experience in garden maintenance, horticulture or landscaping.Strong leadership attributes with experience supervising or supporting a team.Excellent communication and organisational skills.Good knowledge of plant care, garden machinery and maintenance best practices.Able to work outdoors, in varying conditions, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.Able to drive a large van and operate machineryHave or obtain a PA1 / PA6 spraying certificateFull UK driving licence.Salary and Benefits£28-32K per annumVehicle provided (to use between yard ..... full job details .....
