The Head of Operations is a key senior leadership role at the heart of HTL Church. As Head of Operations, you will take ownership of how the church runs day-to-day ensuring that our people, systems, buildings, and processes operate smoothly, sustainably, and with excellence as we pursue our mission and vision. You will be part of the Senior Leadership Team, line managed by the Vicar and working with the staff team to shape and support the operational life of the church, creating the environment in which our ministries, services, and communities can flourish and grow.
