The ideal candidates will have: Level 2 / Level 3 qualification in SEND or TA At least 1 years experience teaching children with Special Education Needs A good understanding of the importance of equality and inclusion Effective behaviour management strategies A patient and calm demeanour A strong understanding of the importance of safeguarding children.
