A new headcount to the team, the Quality Assurance / QA Supervisor will report to the Technical Manager and oversee and lead a team of QAs working closely with production and NPD teams to uphold the highest standards across the business. Quality Assurance / QA Supervisor responsibilities include: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of QA professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Champion a quality-first mindset across the entire organisation. Collaborate with other departments to investigate and resolve quality issues, implementing effective preventative measures. Own quality control procedures, ensuring they align with industry best practices and regulatory standards. Manage audits and inspections, taking ownership of corrective actions and improvements. Oversee all testing protocols, including microbiological and chemical schedules, and ensure complete traceability. Investigate and resolve customer complaints with a professional and timely approach.
