Supporting adults from 18 years through to older age, the hospital delivers high-quality, person-centred treatment across four wards, all located on one level. The multidisciplinary teams work with individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health needs, including depression, schizophrenia and other mental illnesses, personality disorder, learning disability, and addictions. Care is delivered through a recovery-focused model designed to help every patient reach their fullest potential. The Role We are seeking an experienced Hospital Manager (CQC Registered Manager) to provide strategic, operational, and clinical leadership across the service. You will be responsible for ensuring safe, effective, and compliant care delivery, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving continuous improvement across all wards. This is a senior leadership role requiring strong oversight of governance, workforce, regulatory compliance, and service performance.
