Job Title: Factory Shift Coordinator / Supervisor Location: Scunthorpe Employment Type: Full-Time PERM Shift: Rotating Shifts 6am -14pm ,14pm-22pm and 22pm-6am Nights About the Role We are seeking an experienced and proactive Factory Shift Coordinator / Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on the factory floor, ensuring production targets are met, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate shift activities to meet production schedules.Monitor workflow and allocate tasks to team members effectively.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions promptly.Maintain accurate records of production, attendance, and performance.Support and motivate team members to achieve operational goals.Communicate effectively with management and other departments. Requirements Previous experience in a supervisory or coordinator role within a manufacturing or factory environment.Strong leadership and organizational skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Knowledge of health and safety regulations.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends if required.
