• Providing scaffolding and one-to-one support to pupils with diverse learning needs, including those with EHCPs, helping them unlock their full potential
• Empowering pupils to confidently access the curriculum and believe in their own abilities
• Creating a vibrant, welcoming classroom where everyone feels valued and included andmdash; because inclusion isnandrsquo;t just a word, itandrsquo;s a mission
• Collaborating closely with teachers and SEN teams, adapting strategies to meet the latest regulations and individual needs
• Using your strength in communication to champion wellbeing and build strong connections with pupils, parents, and colleagues

• Someone who has worked with children or young people andmdash; experience with SEMH is a bonus, but heart and patience matter most
• A calm, emotionally intelligent team player who stays composed under pressure and shines with kindness
