You will report to the HR Director and join an HR team of 3. You will own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, collaborate with and manage the expectations of hiring managers and, support international offices, whilst enhancing employer branding to attract top talent. This role will also ensure business continuity and contribute to scale up growth by identifying key roles and developing succession plans, while nurturing internal talent for future leadership. Additionally, you will design and manage early career programmes to build a pipeline of skilled professionals for high-value and niche roles.
