Minimum Essential Requirements

Right to work in the UKMinimum of 2 referencesEnhanced DBS clearance

Experience/Qualifications

Hold a qualification that meets the approved ‘full and relevant’ criteria for Early Years qualifications and inclusion of staffing ratios.

Duties And Responsibilities

To provide a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for childrenSupport the school staff to facilitate the active participation of children in the academic and social activities of a schoolContribute to raising standards of achievement for all pupils.To implement the daily routineWhen directed, plan and implement age-appropriate activities, in conjunction with other staffAssisting children in personal/intimate careRegularly evaluate children’s development and keep records as appropriate, as directed by the teacherLiaise with parents/carers of children, only when directed by a school’s class teacherUphold the Ripple Education ethos and all safeguarding requirements, including ensuring that children are supervised at all times.To ensure the provision of a high-quality environment to meet the needs of individual children at each stage of development
