Milton Keynes (Hybrid Working)
£14.77 per hour (£28,801.50 equivilent annual salary)
Monday to Friday | 9:00am – 5:00pm (37.5 hours per week)

• Have previous customer service experience
• Come from a customer service background

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Executive to join a well-established organisation based in Central Milton Keynes.

This is a long-term temporary position with the potential to become permanent for the right person. You''ll be joining a supportive, friendly team where you''ll receive full training and play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience.

• Handling customer enquiries via telephone and email
• Delivering a professional and friendly customer experience
• Resolving customer queries efficiently and accurately
• Managing more complex enquiries with empathy and attention to detail
• Maintaining accurate customer records across multiple systems
• Working closely with colleagues to achieve the best outcome for customers
• Following company procedures and compliance requirements

• Previous customer service experience is essential
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving ability
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Confident using multiple IT systems
• A positive, proactive and professional approach
• Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
