We are working in partnership with a well-established secondary school in Tower Hamlets to appoint a dedicated Cover and Behaviour Supervisor. This is a key role within the school, supporting both classroom learning and the wider behaviour management systems to ensure a calm, safe and purposeful environment. This position would suit graduates considering teacher training, experienced cover supervisors, youth workers, or individuals with strong behaviour management skills.
