The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the flow, accuracy, and compliance of project documentation, working closely with the internal teams and external clients to ensure information is controlled, up to date, and correctly distributed.Key responsibilities:Register, manage, and file all incoming and outgoing project documentation and drawingsCoordinate the flow of information between clients, site teams, and designersCarry out internal checks and audits to ensure document control procedures are followedUse document control platforms including Aconex and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) on Tier 1 projectsManage electronic filing, distribution, archiving, and access control via SharePointEnsure updates and new revisions are communicated clearly and promptlySkills and experience required:Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise a varied workloadA minimum of 2-3 years'' experience in a similar document control rolePrevious exposure to technical drawings (advantageous but not essential)Excellent IT skills, particularly across Microsoft Office applicationsWhat''s on offer:Competitive pro-rata salary, dependent on experienceOffice-based role within a collaborative and supportive teamPotential opportunity for contract extension, ..... full job details .....
