Role: Grounds Maintenance Operative

Location: Horsham (working from yard location)

Hours: Monday to Thursday - 7:00am - 5:00pm / Friday - 7:00am - 3:00pm

Pay: -12.71 - -14.00 per hour

Temporary Ongoing - 12 week Temp to Perm

An excellent opportunity has arisen for Grounds Maintenance Operatives to join one of our clients, supporting a range of outdoor maintenance works across the region.

This is a hands-on role working as part of a team to deliver high-quality grounds maintenance services safely and efficiently.

The Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Ability to commute to the yard location daily
• Previous grounds maintenance or outdoor work experience (essential)
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
• Reliable with strong work ethic and timekeeping
• Trailer towing experience (desirable)

The Role:

• Grass cutting and general grounds maintenance
• Hedge cutting and basic vegetation work
• Supporting team delivery of scheduled works
• Operating tools and equipment safely
• Ensuring work is completed to required standards and timelines
• Following all health & safety procedures
