You''ll work across multiple departments, gaining broad exposure to different areas of property management whilst building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and suppliers.Key responsibilities
Allocate incoming cashflows and manage suspense accounts using Reapit and 360 systemsRaise property management and third-party invoices with accuracyProcess new deals and establish financial schedulesHandle tenancy deposits refunds and reconcile supplier statementsSupport client queries professionally and distribute landlord statementsAssist with rent collection processes and landlord updatesProcess tenancy changes and ensure compliance with Non-Resident Landlord SchemeMaintain accurate financial data and attend cross-departmental meetingsRequirements
Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent basic accounts experience (AP/AR)Proficiency in Excel including pivot tables, lookups, and data manipulationStrong attention to detail with analytical capabilitiesSelf-motivated with a solution-focused approachExcellent communication skills including professional telephone mannerOrganised and adaptable, working effectively independently and within teamsFamiliarity with Reapit software would be advantageous but not essentialRewards and benefits
