This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in the growth of a supportive educational environment designed for up to 30 pupils aged 5 to 18.As part of a wider community where 100% of education services are rated ''Good'' or ''Outstanding'' by Ofsted, you will join a team that prioritizes holistic development, ensuring that academic progress is always matched by emotional well-being.Your ImpactThis is a dual-focus role requiring a 50/50 split between leadership and teaching.
