The successful applicant will play a key role in supporting the smooth delivery of residential property transactions. This is an exceptional opportunity to become part of a firm that combines tradition with innovation and puts client care at the heart of everything they do. £25,000 - £29,000 Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm with a 30 minute lunch break Hybrid working pattern available 25 days holiday (+ bank holidays + additional Christmas closure) Generous bonus scheme Comprehensive benefits package Duties and Responsibilities Handling a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity Drafting and preparing legal documentation such as contracts, transfer deeds, and completion statements Conducting property searches and assisting with reporting, depending on experience Submitting and managing Land Registry applications Ensuring compliance with relevant legal and procedural requirements throughout the transaction lifecycle Required skills and experience: Proven experience in residential conveyancing Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties Ability to manage transactions from instruction through to post-completion, under supervision Strong organisational skills and attention to detail ..... full job details .....
