Direct message the job poster from Architecture SocialA growing architecture practice in London is seeking a talented and driven Architectural Technologist or Technician to join their team on two large scale high rise housing projects in London.You will take an active role in the technical delivery of the project, working closely with the Technical Director consultants, and client to ensure the project meets the highest design and technical standards.The practice works in ArchiCAD although training is provided for candidates with proficiency in Revit and looking to upskill.RequirementsArchitectural Technologist or Technician with a minimum of 3 years UK work experienceProven experience working on medium to large-scale residential or housing projectsStrong design and technical skills, with the ability to work across RIBA Stages 4–6Proficiency in ArchiCAD; Revit candidates will also be consideredExcellent communication skills and ability to work well in a teamEnthusiastic, proactive, and collaborative approach to problem-solvingMust have the right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not offered)What’s on OfferJoin a design-led practice with a clear social mission, where innovation and purpose drive every project.
