MAINTENANCE LEAD Our client, an Oil and Gas Operator in Aberdeen is seeking and experienced Maintenance Lead. This is an initial 12 Month PAYE contract role with a hybrid working system in place. Job Overview: Provide effective direct and indirect leadership to the maintenance support and execution teams to deliver the ''Asset Plan''. Set and manage the multi-year maintenance budget, identifying opportunities to optimise and drive year-on-year savings. Develop synergies and cost saving opportunities with the other assets through contract optimisation. Ensure robust maintenance programmes are in place and deliver execution of maintenance in line with the Work Management Process (WMP). Meet and measure performance against company metrics. Drive continuous improvement and efficiency in the execution of maintenance. Contribute to meeting production targets by managing key equipment threats and vulnerabilities ensuring Safety and Environmentally Critical Equipment (SECE), and Business Critical Equipment (BCE), availability. Accountabilities: Work closely with Offshore leadership to ensure maintenance is being carried out in an efficient manner, to the plan. Work collaboratively with other groups and teams to provide the maintenance team with sufficient support and resources to facilitate the execution of their tasks.
