Will have comprehensive experience of working as a GM within a high volume/intensity London brand.Will demonstrate excellent consistency in roles with clear progressionWill be a confident face of the businessWill be an instinctively strong leader with the ability to motivate, train and develop your staff and be sensitive to the local environmentWill be highly organisedWill ideally have experience in openings or newly launched operationsWill be technically very capableWill demonstrate a flexible and positive approach to workGood IT and administration skills are essentialPackage: Monthly gross €50,000 - €60,000 + 2% of EBITDA (expected and in tune with existing sites to be €20,000 in 2024).
