This includes Finance, Payroll, Procurement, Marketing and Growth, Assets and Capital Management, and IT and Systems.You will oversee Directors across these functions, ensuring alignment with organisational strategy, compliance, and community impact, while fostering innovation, efficiency, and sustainability.Key ResponsibilitiesFinance and Governance

– Lead financial planning, reporting, and compliance, ensuring robust governance and strategic sustainability.Payroll

– Oversee payroll operations, workforce cost management, and system improvements, ensuring 100% accuracy and compliance.Procurement

– Drive efficient procurement processes, vendor reviews, and compliance with policy and governance.Marketing and Growth

– Develop and deliver marketing, brand, and fundraising strategies to grow MannaCare’s community presence and impact.Assets and Capital Management

– Lead asset planning, facility compliance, and capital investment strategies to support organisational growth.Information Technology
