Marine Cargo Associate Director - London (Book of business to inherit over time) - £Negotiable salary and bonusWhat you will do

Take over a long-standing, profitable book of marine cargo business over time. The book consists of a mix of direct, wholesale and fac reinsurance business.Maintain and grow the portfolio with a focus on retention and client service.You will still have the opportunity to produce but will not have the immediate pressure of developing business from day one.Work with a Junior Broker who will assist on new and existing business and will share the desk when you travel to meet clients.Ideal background

Experience managing a portfolio of cargo business across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.Willingness to travel; enjoys more travel as part of the role.Strong client relationship skills with solid retention and development potential.10+ years of experience is preferred, but consideration will be given to candidates with strong production backgrounds.No CV or formal application needed; simply get in touch for more information.Requirements
