Flexible working hours.Location: Hampshire - commutable from Guildford, Farnham, Liphook, Hindhead, Farnborough and AltonRight to work: Full right to work in the UK requiredThe Audit and Accounts Senior Role: This is a genuinely mixed Audit and Accounts role, offering a balanced split between audit engagements and statutory accounts preparation under UK GAAP (FRS 102), with exposure to a varied SME and owner-managed business client base.Lead audit engagements from planning through to completionPrepare statutory accounts from trial balance under UK GAAP (FRS 102)Supervise and support junior team members on audit and accounts workAssist with audit planning, risk assessments, and completion workIdentify audit and accounting issues and communicate findings clearly to clientsBuild strong client relationships and act as a key point of contactEnsure compliance with auditing standards and internal quality proceduresMaintain high-quality working papers and meet agreed deadlinesThe Audit and Accounts Senior will be:Newly qualified ACA or ACCAMinimum of 3 years'' experience within practiceStrong working knowledge of UK GAAP (FRS 102)Confident contributing to audits from planning through to completionExperience preparing statutory accounts and disclosuresEnjoy mentoring and supporting junior colleaguesStrong Tech skillsWell organised ..... full job details .....
