Excellent Sous Chef Opportunity with High End Production Kitchen - Day ShiftsSous Chef. A fantastic opportunity is available for a Sous Chef to work in our clients high end production kitchen. You assist the head chef in preparing high end meals and wholesale, restaurant/cafe and retail customers. You will use locally grown seasonal ingredients to prepare meals with all fresh ingredients. The role is working between 7am - 5pm each day with occasional evenings for events. The client is looking for an experienced and talented chef to replace a long standing sous who is moving on.Due to location you will need your own transport.Salary and Benefits
