Key RequirementsDeliver Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud solutions for new digital product launches.Configure scalable Sales Cloud processes supporting high volume customer journeys and workflows.Build secure integrations between Salesforce and core telco billing and provisioning systems.Develop performant service experiences using Omni Studio and industry aligned best practices.Telco industry experience is highly beneficial for this role.
