You will deliver secure, resilient and high-performing hybrid cloud solutions while working with architects, engineers and project teams.Key Responsibilities:Design, implement and maintain IT infrastructure including Windows Server, Hyper-V, Active Directory and networking.Develop hybrid solutions integrating on-premises systems with Microsoft Azure.Use infrastructure-as-code tools such as PowerShell and Terraform and automation tools such as Ansible.Monitor and optimise system performance, availability and resilience and manage backups and disaster recovery.Implement security controls and ensure compliance with standards such as NIST, ISO 27001 and CAF.Produce documentation, runbooks and training materials and provide guidance to junior team members.Work closely with stakeholders to deliver reliable and innovative IT services.Requirements:Experience in IT infrastructure engineering, hybrid cloud and Azure environments.Hands-on expertise with virtualisation, networking and Windows Server administration.Strong knowledge of security, compliance and operational best practice.Experience with infrastructure-as-code and automation frameworks.SC clearance and ability to work on-site in Abingdon.Apply with an up to date version of your CV for immediate ..... full job details .....
