Recruiter - EMEA + APAC

Our client a global software organisation is seeking an experienced Recruiter - EMEA and APAC, for a 6 month contract based at their impressive UK headquarters in central London. You will have 3 years+ experience in recruitment or human resources, along with a deep knowledge of the screening, interviewing and hiring processes. Responsibilities Lead on all hiring for their EMEA and APAC region, supporting business units including Sales, Marketing, Analytics, Customer Success, Finance and HR Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company s hiring needs for every role and to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations. Helping managers find, hire and retain quality candidates. Remain active with job boards, social networks and platforms for finding quality candidates. Co-ordinate offers, terms and conditions of employment and on-boarding of candidates. Skills 10 yrs+ experience in recruitment or human resources. Exceptional communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills. Proven success in conducting interviews using various methods (phone, video, email, in-person). Degree qualified.
