MarshJoin Marsh’s Political Risk and Structured Credit (PRSC) team in the UK as a Senior Account Manager, leading a major bank client engagement and supporting the growth of our specialized practice. As a key member of Marsh’s Political Risk and Structured Credit (PRSC) team in the UK, you will oversee strategic client relationships, develop tailored risk management solutions, and lead a talented sub-team to deliver exceptional service and innovative solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of structured credit and political risk, collaborating with top-tier clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders to drive business success.What you need to have:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with over 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 7 years in structured credit or a similar practice.Broad technical knowledge of structured credit, including corporate finance, trade finance, asset-backed finance, and securitization transactions.Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate teams, along with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.A proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities effectively.What makes you stand out:Experience working within Marsh or a similar firm, with a strong understanding of insurance and risk management solutions for banking clients.Ability to lead strategic oversight and contribute to business growth through innovative solutions and client engagement.Demonstrated commitment to fostering an inclusive culture and mentoring junior colleagues.Marsh, a business of Marsh McLennan (NYSE: MMC), is the world’s top insurance broker and risk advisor.
