OverviewWe are working with a major North American private equity fund and one of the leading names in infrastructure investing. They focus on mid – big cap investments in the broad infrastructure space including transport, TMT infrastructure, energy and oil and gas. They are now looking to add a VP to their infrastructure debt team. The role will support the MDs in origination and execution of big ticket infrastructure investments for the fund.

Responsibilities

Leading origination of investments for the firm

Leading appraisals of investments

Supervising financial/LBO modelling

Structuring of transactions alongside Directors

Managing advisors as principal

Negotiation of terms

Structuring and preparing of documents

Full involvement through to completion

Qualifications

VP level Infrastructure debt professionals from other funds

VP level Investment bankers with infrastructure advisory experience

Excellent understanding of debt structuring and financing; highly relevant infrastructure deal experience is essential for the role
