The
Corporate Account Support Manager
manages the commercial relationship between Biffa and its Facility Management Sub Sector Customers. The role covers financial performance, growth and development, contractual negotiations, KPI and SLA management, compliance, customer satisfaction, retention, and innovative solutions.
Your Core Responsibilities
Primary interface between the company and specific corporate clients.
Ensure business account plans are implemented, service success, contract compliance, retention, and pricing negotiations.
Retain corporate clients through positive relationships and growth of service provision to meet revenue targets.
Manage tendering, benchmarking, and RFI processes, and identify new development opportunities for profitable growth.
Conduct customer reviews and present management information using Power BI.
Assist depots and customer services in resolving site issues, including health and safety, container changes, or alternative services.
Maintain customer debt positions in line with contractual commitments.
Engage confidently at all levels for negotiation, influencing, and communication to deliver long-term benefits.
Address QLS issues causing invoice delays or credits, supporting resolution of payment queries.
Proficient in all Microsoft applications, including advanced Excel.
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret numerical data.
Personable with experience in building and maintaining customer relationships.
