The Role The Accounts and Payroll Clerk will be responsible for completing payroll, with all associated functions to manage, for both internal staff and temporary agency workers, as well as assisting the Group Financial Controller in maintaining accurate financial records, reporting on large amounts of data, reconciling accounts and supporting day to day financial tasks across multiple sites for NextGen Operations Ltd. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and process weekly and monthly payroll runs, including PAYE, NI, pensions and holiday pay Ensure compliance with RTI reporting, auto-enrolment and statutory requirements Process invoices, expenses, and payments for multiple sites (as they open) Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers Reconcile bank statements and prepare basic management reports Handle payroll queries promptly and professionally for employees and temporary workers Occasional month end accounting, ..... full job details .....
