About the Role:
- Design and deliver dynamic, inclusive lessons tailored to diverse learning styles and needs
- Modify instructional approaches to promote accessibility and sustained student engagement
- Establish a supportive, well-organised classroom atmosphere that encourages student growth
- Collaborate effectively with SENCOs, support teams, and families to ensure consistent academic and personal development
- Encourage student autonomy and self-assurance through innovative, student-centered teaching strategies
The ideal candidate will:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a background in supporting students with SEND
- Effective communicator with well-developed classroom management skills
- Flexible and forward-thinking teaching style, responsive to individual needs
- Enthusiastic about designing impactful, purposeful learning opportunities
- Highly organised with a strong dedication to fostering student growth and success
