You will be vital in driving this project forward and engaging with internal stakeholders to ensure the project is completed to the highest standard within the agreed time frame. The overall role of the LMS will be to make learning accessible, consistent and scalable. The individual in this role will act as a subject matter expert, providing support and training across the organisation to ensure all employees understand and are knowledgeable in the new LMS, driving engagement in training and development across the business and embedding best-practise learning. Key Responsibilities:Being accountable for delivering the LMS implementation project - including the test, pilot and live phases. Working autonomously to make decisions and problem solve to ensure the project is completed successfully.
