This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team in a full time role; hours are 07:00-17:00 5 days a week, with only occasional early evenings. We are open to speaking with Senior Sous chefs ready to take a step up, or established Head Chefs - personality, passion for dish and menu development, professionalism, and an appreciation of quality produce matter the most.The role will involve leading on daily service and ensuring we''re consistently serving the highest quality dishes, alongside devising new menus, whilst managing the day-to-day kitchen operations.This is a brilliant opportunity for someone looking to make their mark in our exciting and successful brasserie, in an environment that values camaraderie, professionalism and quality.Salary and reward flexible for the right candidate.
