Our corporate strategy outlines a bold and challenging vision of how pensions regulation should evolve to keep pace with a change in the scale and nature of the industry and with transformative legislative and policy changes. Last year we established a new Strategy, Policy and Analysis (SPA) directorate as TPR''s creative engine bringing together strategy, policy, external risk and analysis to evolve our regulatory framework and to support innovation that delivers better outcomes for savers. In SPA, we are seeking to develop a regulatory environment that encourages and supports innovation in savers'' interests - being flexible in our approach, and co-designing regulation with industry with a focus on savers'' needs. We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to join our executive team as Executive Director of Strategy, Policy and Analysis. Reporting to the Chief Executive and as a member of our Executive Leadership Team and board, you will lead a diverse team and work across TPR and with a range of external stakeholders.
