Compliance Administration This is a dual responsibility role, providing general administration support for Company Secretarial requirements within the Legal team alongside providing support for the reception desk service in our Reading office. The role is based in the office 5 days a week and the hours are 9am to 5.30pm.Compliance Admin DutiesOnline file management, updating internal records, collecting signatures and liaising with external advisersUsing the matter management system (LFD) to create and share worklists ahead of business partner meetingsUploading updates to the Legal, DP and Governance Sharepoint pagesScheduling and coordinating legal (commercial and compliance) training across EuropeMonitoring and tracking law firm engagement and spendingBasic contract managementAssisting with implementation of legal techMaintaining master list of key policies to include diarising and managing annual reviewsReception cover duties:Switchboard - timely, efficient call management Welcome and first point of contact service for the office and wider businessVisitor and contractor hosting General administrative support to colleagues Responsible for the maintenance and supply of stationery and free issue itemsResponsible for reporting, logging and liaising with maintenance and repair as required for office areasContributing to office standards and responsible for maintaining the standard of shared spaces If you''re interested in this role, click ''apply now'' to forward an ..... full job details .....
