We are seeking a skilled Tradesman / Tradeswoman to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in various trades, enabling them to undertake a range of tasks related to construction and maintenance. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. The Tradesman will be responsible for ensuring high-quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards and project timelines.Duties

Perform carpentry tasks, including framing, installation of doors and windows, and cabinetry work.Carry out roofing activities, ensuring proper installation and repair of roofing materials.Execute construction painting duties, preparing surfaces and applying paint or finishes as required.Undertake plumbing tasks such as installation, maintenance, and repair of piping systems.Engage in masonry work, including bricklaying and stone setting for various structures.Conduct welding operations for metal fabrication and repairs.Provide electrical support, including wiring installations and troubleshooting electrical systems.Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively while maintaining safety protocols.Assist in fabrication projects as needed, ensuring precision and quality in all outputs.Experience

Proven experience in multiple trades such as carpentry, roofing, plumbing, masonry, welding, and electrical work is essential.Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is required for effective task execution.Previous experience in construction or maintenance roles will be advantageous.A strong understanding of safety regulations within the construction industry is crucial.Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings will be beneficial for project execution.
