You will provide design expertise and support on a wide range of commercial and residential projects ensuring designs are prepared in accordance with current legislation, best practice, council policies and to the highest technical standards. Within this role you can expect to work on: planning works, detailed design works and subsequent maintenance works including drainage strategies, SuDS design, pumping station design and micro drainage modelling. As well as the design of adoptable drainage solutions for S104 agreements, S185 diversion agreements and sewer requisitions, as part of obtaining statutory approvals for residential and commercial developments.
