The are currently seeking a skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer with strong experience in asset management to help maintain and optimise their building systems across the portfolio.Role Overview:As the Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will ensure all mechanical plant installations and equipment within the group are maintained to the highest standards, adhering to manufacturer guidelines and current Health and Safety regulations.Key Responsibilities: Conduct routine maintenance on mechanical systems and equipment. Diagnose faults by observing equipment in operation and using precision instruments. Assemble, install, and repair piping systems, plumbing fixtures, and water drainage systems. Inspect plant room machinery to ensure safe and efficient operation.
