Experience with Earnie IQ payroll systems would be highly beneficial but is not essential.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver a high-quality, end-to-end payroll service accurately and on timeProcess and review weekly and monthly payroll transactions, including statutory and occupational paymentsProvide expert guidance to employees and the business on payroll and PAYE mattersEnsure payroll compliance with UK legislation and internal policiesResolve queries related to time and attendance dataSupport annual pay review and bonus processesAdminister pension schemes, including auto-enrolment compliance and provider reportingManage employee benefits such as PMI, Life Assurance, and SAYEAssist with annual P11D production for benefits in kindComplete pay period tasks as directed by the Payroll ManagerMaintain and update payroll process documentationContribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance ..... full job details .....
