Overview: The main purpose of this role is to direct and lead the Assembly team to ensure that all required Assembly accountabilities/outputs/standards are achieved or exceeded. Key Responsibilities: Organisation of team, equipment, paperwork and general area, prioritising workload at all times to meet customer requirements detailed in the planning spreadsheet. Communicate messages from the management team positively to the team to promote an inclusive can-do mentality. Active participation in mandatory and appropriate developmental leadership and/or skills training courses.
