Location: Rowley Regis, Black Heath, Sandwell, Dudley, Walsall & Birmingham

Hours: 40 hours per week -Monday - Friday

Job role: Multi Skilled Tradesman to carry out reactive & planned repairs on social housing properties. Work will range from 2nd fix plumbing, carpentry, basic patch plastering, splashback tiling and decorating.

Pay rate: -23 per hour. Plus company van & fuel card

Duration: 12-week temp to permanent position

Requirements:

* NVQ or City & Guilds in relevant trade discipline
* Full UK driving license
* Previous social housing repairs experience or domestic property repairs
* Good customer service skills
* Happy to have DBS
