Excellent communication and influencing skills to present complex information clearly for decision-making.

Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with dispersed customers and to work with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures, promoting diversity in work.

Ability to respond to tight deadlines and prioritise; thrive in a fast-paced, complex and changing environment, leading teams through uncertainty and ambiguity.

Understanding of water industry, regulation or enforcement activities would be useful.
