Delivery Manager – Heathrow Airport Packages

Carmichael UK is working with a prestigious client to source experienced and qualified Agents to join ongoing upgrade projects on Heathrow Airport. This demanding role requires standard core skills for all Agents, combined with an in-depth understanding of the complex safety legislation and procedures applicable to aviation and airport operations.

To succeed  you will need to have extensive experience in a related area, such as roadworks and traffic management. As part of this role, you will plan, direct and control a range of works, ensuring they are carried out to a high standard, with the correct tools and techniques.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Have relevant experience in roadworks projects (Planning, coordinating and implementing works with the relevant Traffic Management schemes).
• Pre-construction experience (site surveys, coordination with different stakeholders)
• Commercially acute, work on tender process with subcontractors, experience on cost control and reporting
• Programme management
• Proof experience managing a package of works in all aspects (H&S, Qty, commercial and delivery)
• Be able to resource a small package of works.
• Stakeholder engagement
• Proof experience managing a team of site engineers
• Hold TWS / TWC, SMSTS training as well as a civil engineering degree
• Relevant experience is a plus

5-10 years of experience in construction
