Principal Systems Engineer - Surrey (Hybrid) - up to 80,000 + Bonus + Benefits - REF 2011I am currently recruiting for a Principal Systems Engineer to work for a leading engineering organisation based in Surrey, but on a hybrid basis. Salary up to 80,000 + Bonus + Benefits.The organisation has been established for over 30 years and are renowned for the best at what they do within the defense and military sector on a global basis. They are a small yet specialist team employing around 50 people, but turnover is over 20 million annually with that figure set to continue moving upwards based on the ever-increasing demand for their products and systems.To support the business with the current workload and in line with their expansion plans they have the need to appoint a Principal Systems Engineer on a permanent basis.In this role as a Principal Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the Business Development team with bids and tenders from a technical perspective. You will interpret the requirements from the customer whilst understanding the objectives and from here will go away and conduct the necessary research with a view of coming up with an appropriately engineered solution that meets or exceeds their expectations. Once satisfied, you will technically write the proposal for the customer, whilst ensuring that the product, application or system complies with the necessary standards and legislations.
