Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with support staff and parents. Assess and monitor student progress, adapting teaching strategies as required. Promote positive behaviour, independence, and social development. Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and other staff to support learning. Provide a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environment. Participate in team meetings, training, and school activities.
